Six recorded modules you work through at your own pace. Three private 1:1 sessions with me along the way.
Six places in this intake.
You have done the work of getting clear.
Maybe you sat in a Decoder Advantage™ session. Maybe you worked it out on your own, on a long drive, or at 11pm after everyone else had gone home. Either way, you now have a reasonable idea of what you are good at and where you want this to go.
And nothing has changed.
Because clarity is not the thing that gets you selected.
Nobody in your office knows what you decided. Your director still hands you the same work. Recruiters still read your profile and see a competent generalist. The people who could open a door for you have no way of knowing you would be the right person to open it for.
You are still useful everywhere. You are still recognised nowhere.
The gap is not clarity anymore. The gap is evidence.
Architecture is a decision profession, not only a design profession. The drawing is the evidence. The decision is the work. But nobody hands you a way to make your decisions visible, and so the most valuable thing you do stays invisible.
That is what this program is for.

Six recorded modules. You watch them and do the exercises when it suits you, which for most architects means early mornings, lunch breaks, and Sunday afternoons.
Three private sessions with me. Not group calls. One to one, on Zoom, at three points where the work usually stalls.
That combination is deliberate. The modules do the teaching, and they do it better recorded than live, because you can go back to them. The sessions do the thing recordings cannot: hold you to it, answer the question that is specific to your practice, and tell you honestly when you are hiding.
Most people move through it in six to eight weeks. There is no schedule you can fall behind on. There is me, checking whether you have done the work.

➡️ Module 1.
Decode what you already do.
Not your job title. The decisions you make, the risks you reduce, the problems that land on your desk because people trust you with them. Most architects have never written these down in one place. We start here because you cannot position value you have not named.
➡️ Module 2.
Define your expert lane.
Out of that map, one direction is already forming. You have been standing in it without claiming it. You will name it plainly, test it against where you want to be in three years, and check it is a lane the market actually wants.
➡️ Module 3.
Build your proof.
This is the part most career advice skips. You will assemble concrete evidence of your value: the projects, the decisions, the outcomes, the moments where your judgement changed the result. Evidence is what turns a claim into a credential.
➡️ Module 4.
Write the language.
Clarity you cannot say out loud is not clarity. You will write the sentences you need for the conversation with your director, the LinkedIn headline, the interview, the introduction at an industry event, and the moment someone asks what you do.
➡️ Module 5.
Become visible.
Your signal, built deliberately. Your profile, your contribution in the room, and a way of showing your thinking that does not require you to become a full-time content creator. Visibility is a system, not a personality trait.
➡️ Module 6.
Move from noticed to chosen.
Being seen is not the finish line. This is leverage: how to ask, how to position yourself for the work you want, how to have the conversation about scope, seniority or salary without flinching.

➡️Session one after Module 2.
Confirm the lane.
You bring what you have mapped and named. I tell you honestly whether it holds, where it is still too broad, and what you are avoiding claiming. Most people leave this session with a sharper lane than they arrived with, and a slightly uncomfortable realisation about why they had not claimed it sooner.
➡️Session two after Module 4.
Pressure-test the proof and the language.
We go through your evidence and your sentences out loud. This is where the work stops being theoretical, because you have to say it to another person and hear how it lands. It is the session people find hardest and rate highest.
➡️Session three after Module 6.
Sequence the next twelve months.
What you do first, what you do next, and what you deliberately do not do yet. Sized to the job and the life you actually have, not the ones you would need to quit for.
Sessions run Monday and Thursday mornings, Sydney time. You book them as you reach them, so the program moves at your pace rather than mine.
Your Expert Lane Statement. One page. What you are known for, who it serves, and why it is credible coming from you.
Your Proof Portfolio. A structured record of the decisions you have made and the value they created. This is the document you draw on for every interview, review and pitch from now on.
Your career language. Written, tested, and said out loud to me until it sounds like you rather than like a brochure.
Your visibility system. A repeatable way of showing your thinking that fits around a full-time job.
Your next twelve months, sequenced.
All six modules and all three session recordings yours to keep.
I will be straight with you, because you will work it out anyway.
This is the first intake of Architect Expert™. The modules are built and recorded. The method is not new, it is the same work I have been doing one to one with architects for years. But nobody has been through this specific program yet.
That is worth something to you and something to me.
To you: the founding price is AU$1,497 rather than AU$1,997, and you get more of my direct attention than anyone will get later, because there are six of you.
To me: I want your honest feedback while you are in it, and if the work does what I believe it does, I want your testimonial at the end. Not a favour. Something you decide to give me because it was true.
If being first makes you uncomfortable, wait for the second intake and pay the full price. That is a reasonable choice and I will not talk you out of it.
Three private sessions each means eighteen sessions in my calendar. My session mornings are Monday and Thursday, Sydney time, and they are shared with Decoder Advantage™.
Six is what fits without me becoming someone who is late to your session and half-present in it.
It is not a marketing number. When the six are taken, the founding intake closes and the price goes to AU$1,997.
This is the first intake of Architect Expert™, so nobody has a testimonial for the program yet. What follows is from architects who have done this work with me one to one. The method is the same. The delivery is what is new.

“I went from applying and never hearing back to multiple interviews — and being shortlisted from approximately 550 applicants.”
No Replies → Multiple Interviews→ Shortlisted from ~550
“Before working with Jolanta, I was stuck in the frustrating cycle of applying for architecture roles and never hearing back.
Jolanta helped me change the way I presented myself and the value of my experience in the job market. Her guidance made a lasting difference.
I started receiving replies and invitations to multiple interviews — and in one application, I was shortlisted from a pool of approximately 550 applicants.
Jolanta’s support helped me move from being overlooked to becoming a serious candidate.”
— Dat Nguyen
Architectural Graduate

“For the first time, I applied for a Project Management role. I got it — and today, I am managing projects.”
From self-doubt → Project Manager
“I had always been skeptical about coaching, but working with Jolanta completely changed my perspective. She challenged me to look beyond the projects I was working on and explore where my strengths, passions and ambitions could actually take me.
Our sessions gave me the space to understand myself differently and confront fears that had been holding me back for years.
For the first time, I decided to apply for a Project Management role. I got the role — and today, I am managing projects.
That was a significant shift for me. Jolanta helped me see possibilities in myself and my career that I hadn’t been willing to pursue before.”
- P. Kokul Kokuleraj, Architect

“I went from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to having clarity, direction and clear goals for moving forward.”
Stuck & Overwhelmed → Clear & Forward-Focused
“Before I started working with Jolanta, I felt stuck and overwhelmed, both in my career and in my personal life.
Working with her helped me step back, gain clarity and see my situation from a completely different perspective. Her guidance and support helped me reframe my mindset, define what I really wanted and set clear goals for moving forward.
I went from feeling overwhelmed and stuck to having clarity, direction and a renewed sense of what was possible.”
— Sudha Nathan
Construction & Project Manager

I am Jolanta Debek-Kozyra, a NSW-registered architect with more than thirty years across architecture, government, social housing, property development and project delivery.
I migrated to Australia and rebuilt my professional identity in a second language. I hit a ceiling, was told I was not ready, left without a safety net, and stepped straight into a Project Architect role at a larger firm.
Somewhere in that, I realised I could name the problem other architects were living inside and could not describe.
I am not a general career coach who happens to have architects as clients. I have sat in your chair, in this country, in this profession.
Jolanta / Architect Decoder™ | Founder, Architect2Entrepreneur™
You are still deciding whether you want to stay in architecture. Start with the Architect Clarity Scan™ instead. It is free and it takes a few minutes.
You want a CV rewrite or a portfolio review. Useful things, different things. If you want to think about the bigger question first, the Decoder Advantage™ is the place to start.
You have one to eight years in practice and you are good at your job.
You already have some clarity about your direction, and you are tired of it not translating into anything.
You are willing to be visible. Not loud. Visible.
You will do the work between sessions. Self-paced does not mean unaccountable. I will notice, and I will say so.
You want to build leverage inside architecture and the wider built environment, rather than leave it.
You are still deciding whether you want to stay in architecture. Start with the Architect Clarity Scan™ instead.
You want a CV rewrite or a portfolio review. Useful things, different things.
You want to be told you are already doing everything right. This program will name what is not working, and so will I, in three separate sessions.
You want to buy the modules and never speak to me. The sessions are the point. If you want a course to work through alone, this is not the right purchase.

Six recorded modules, yours to work through at your pace.
Three private 1:1 sessions with me, on Zoom, recorded.
Your Expert Lane Statement, Proof Portfolio, career language and twelve-month sequence.
AU$1,497 for the founding intake. Six places. AU$1,997 once they are taken.
That is the full price. There is no upsell inside the program and nothing further you need to buy to make it work.
At the end of session three, if private coaching is the right next step for you, I will say so. Once. You can do what you like with that.

Start the modules. Do the work. If at any point before your first private session you decide this is not right for you, email me and I will refund you in full. You do not need to give me a reason and I will not ask you for one.
After we have sat down together, I would rather fix what is not working than hand your money back. If something is off in that session, say so, and we will deal with it there.
I would rather refund you than keep money from someone I am not helping.
How much time does it take?
Two to three hours a week if you want to finish in six to eight weeks. The modules are recorded, so you set the pace. The only fixed commitments are your three sessions, and you book those when you reach them.
Is it self-paced or is there a schedule?
Self-paced. There is no cohort and no group calls, so there is nothing to fall behind. What there is instead is me, at three points, asking whether you have done the work. Most people find that harder to avoid than a deadline.
I am not in Australia. Does that work?
Yes. The modules are recorded, so time zones are irrelevant to most of the program. Sessions run Monday and Thursday mornings, Sydney time, which works for Asia-Pacific and for Europe in the early morning. I have architects in other time zones regularly.
I have already done Decoder Advantage™. Is this repeating it?
No. Decoder Advantage™ gives you the answer. Architect Expert™ is where you build the evidence for it. If you have done the session, bring your Decoder Profile into Module 1 and you will move faster than most.
I have not done Decoder Advantage™. Do I need it first?
No. Modules 1 and 2 cover the decoding work, and your first private session confirms it. The Decoder Advantage™ session goes deeper and faster, but it is not a prerequisite.
What if I do not know my expert lane yet?
That is what Modules 1 and 2 are for. Most people arrive with a direction they are half-sure about rather than a decision. Half-sure is a workable starting point.
Is this only for architects who want to change jobs?
No. Some people use it to reposition inside the practice they are already in. Some use it to move. Some are preparing to start something of their own. The work is the same: name your value, build the proof, make it visible.
Why is it cheaper right now?
Because this is the first intake and I want six people through it who will tell me the truth about what worked. The price goes to AU$1,997 once the six places are taken.
How long do I have access to the modules?
Yours to keep for life.
Is the price in Australian dollars?
Yes. AU$1,497 founding, AU$1,997 standard, including GST. You will receive Tax Invoice once the payment is finalised.
Does this count toward my CPD?
Not as Formal CPD, and I am not going to pretend otherwise. Formal CPD has to map to the Performance Criteria in the 2021 National Standard of Competency for Architects. Those criteria are about project delivery, documentation, contracts and practice management. This program is about your career, which is a different thing, and I would rather tell you that than have you defend it in a CPD audit. You may decide parts of it count as Informal CPD. That determination is yours to make, not mine, and NSW ARB explicitly leaves it to you. I will give you a certificate of completion with the dates, hours and content so you have the record either way. Check your own registration board. Requirements differ by state.
Can I claim it as a work expense?
Many architects do. AU$1,497 includes GST and you get a tax invoice at the point of purchase, made out to you or to your practice, whichever you tell me. Whether it is deductible is between you and your accountant, but the paperwork will be there.
Will my employer find out?
Not from me. Nothing about this program is public. No cohort, no group calls, no shared workspace. The only person who knows you are in it is me.
Do the sessions expire?
No. Book them as you reach them. Most people finish inside three months. If you go slower than that, the sessions and the recordings are still yours.
What if I get part way through and stall?
That is what session one is for. It sits after Module 2, which is where most people stall, and it exists precisely because recordings cannot notice you have stopped. I can.
Not sure it's the right fit? Email me [email protected] and ask me the thing you are actually wondering about. I will answer it straight, including if the answer is that this is not for you.
You have been waiting to be recognised.
Recognition is not something that arrives when you have earned enough of it. It arrives when other people can finally see what you have been doing all along.
There are six places.

You will get an email within a few minutes with your login to the Hub and all six modules unlocked. Nothing drips. You can watch all of it tonight if you want to, though I would rather you did Module 1 properly.
In the same email is your booking link. Sessions run Monday and Thursday mornings, Sydney time. You book session one when you have finished Module 2, not before.
Your sessions do not expire. Most people use all three inside three months. If life gets in the way, they will still be there.
If anything does not arrive, email me at [email protected] and I will sort it.
