1. About this policy

This policy explains how Get Coaching Pty Ltd (ACN 622 877 585, ABN 37970981212, trading as Architect2Entrepreneur™, handles your personal information.

We have chosen to handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), whether or not we are currently required to. We think that is the right way to treat people, and privacy law in Australia is moving in that direction anyway.

By using our website or our services, you agree to this policy.

2. What we collect

Information you give us:

- your name and email address, when you download our ebook or subscribe to our emails;

- your phone number, if you provide it;

- what you tell us on booking forms, including your answers about your career and what you are stuck on;

- what you tell us during coaching sessions;

- your billing details and purchase history; and

- anything else you choose to send us, including replies to our emails.

Information we collect automatically:

- your IP address, browser type and device;

- which pages you visited, when, and how you arrived; and

- whether you opened our emails and which links you clicked.

Sensitive information. We do not seek sensitive information. Coaching conversations sometimes touch on health, wellbeing or personal circumstances. Where you share something like that, we treat it as confidential under section 12 of our Terms and we do not record it in our systems unless you ask us to.

Children. Our services are for working professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

3. Why we collect it

We use your personal information to:

- send you the ebook and other resources you asked for;

- deliver the services you have booked and prepare properly for your sessions;

- take payment and keep financial records;

- send you our newsletter, and information about our programs and events;

- respond to you when you contact us;

- improve our website, our materials and our services; and

- meet our legal and tax obligations.

4. Emails and marketing

When you download our ebook or subscribe, you are consenting to receive emails from us. These include a short series about the book, our weekly newsletter, and information about our programs and events.

You can unsubscribe at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and it works immediately. You can also just reply and ask, and we will take you off.

We comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). We identify ourselves in every message, we include a working unsubscribe function, and we do not send commercial messages to people who have not consented.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional emails about a service you have booked and paid for, such as booking confirmations and reminders.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.

5. Who we share it with

- Enquiries that go nowhere: roughly two years.

After that we delete it or de-identify it.
